Afri-Aus Care Inc

Afri-Aus Care is an incorporated community charity organisation founded by Selba-Gondoza Luka in 2015. Located in Springvale South.
Afri-Aus Care consists of a group of diverse professionals who provide support services to migrant people from African and other CALD backgrounds, who are or may be at risk of experiencing complex, diverse, and intersectional issues.
Afri-Aus Care uses the Concept of Ubuntu and the Positive Change Model. We offer intense biopsychosocial and wellbeing risk assessment, engage in casework and counselling, legal/court support, education, training and employment pathways, referral processes to other organizations, mental health support, drug and alcohol diversion services, youth support, domestic violence support and youth crime prevention.
Afri-Aus Care uses a Peer to Peer Restorative Triangle Framework which enables youth to become Positive Change Makers.
Afri-Aus Care is working with the University of Melbourne on a number of research and evaluation projects with the aim of coming up with Evidence-based materials. Please check the link below

Agape Outreach inc

Agape Outreach Inc is a Christian organisation making a difference in the lives of hurting, broken and disenfranchised people. We show love first in actions and ultimately become one huge family.

AgBiz Assist provides rural and small business financial counselling services to farm and small businesses in rural and regional areas of North East Victoria and bordering areas in Southern New South Wales. Our charity assist people reliant on farms and small business who are experiencing financial stress by providing direct relief such as grocery cards and other necessary assistance.
AgBiz Assist also assists rural communities to recover from the effects of natural and economic disasters.

We offer a range of services which include residential rehabilitation accommodation, transitional housing, outreach services and NDIS services. For more than 38 years, Albany Halfway House Association Inc. has championed mental health support services for people living with a mental illness, supported short – medium term accommodation and outreach support in their home. Albany Youth Outreach / Denmark Youth Outreach: Young people aged between 12 and 18 who are in crisis or experiencing a difficult journey through adolescence can access the support of our qualified youth workers.

Navig8: Assisting young people who have lived in child protection care, foster care or group homes. They are given the tools to live independently in the community.

Reconnect: Assisting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them to reconcile with their family within a safe and supportive environment.

Open Access: An after-school program that provides a safe, supportive space where young people can get creative and bring ideas to life three afternoons a week.

Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre

Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre is a co-educational learning community catering for young people between 14 and 25 years of age. Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre offers a families program and young parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Alexandra Community Hub (ACH) offers a variety of programs and services to support our local and district community. These include & are not limited to being Services Australia Agency (Centrelink etc), Neighbourhood House with activities to support personal development, connection and community activities, As a Registered Training Organisation ad Learn Local Department of Education provide we run both Nationally accredited and pre-accredited courses. Alice Springs Youth Accommodation & Support Services Inc

We are the only youth specific charity in the Northern Territory. We have been a registered charity since 1990. We have 4 shelters and a Drop In Centre.

The ASYASS model has many components focusing on early intervention, brief interventions, intensive case management and life skills development. Our 4 shelters service young people 10 to 24 years of age. We have a Crisis Refuge, a Mums and Bubs Refuge that assists young mothers, a House devoted to Complex needs and Transitional housing. The Drop In centre provides out reach and a number of services including clothing, food and assistance to access school, work and medical facilities.
