Silver Bridle Action Group Inc

Silver Bridle Action Group Inc runs the Molendinar Community Centre also known at the Lynne Richardson Community Centre located at Molendinar and have been providing several programs such as the Community Foodbank, Free after school care, social support for seniors through programs such as chess, light exercises and call in program. The after hours school care is provided for children in disadvantaged families for free activities at the centre including homework assitance, play and outside excursions.

Our palliative care service is focused on what's important to you, helping you achieve the best quality of life possible. We understand that when someone has a life-limiting condition, it can be tough on family and loved ones, so our service includes care for your health as well as providing a support system for you and your family.

Our aim is to assist you in your own home with regular visits to support your decision-making in relation to your care, promote wellbeing, manage any troubling symptoms and help you and your family to focus on what's important to you all.

South Metro Youth Link (SMYL) Community College is a Curriculum and Reengagement Education (CARE) school for at-risk young people. We are a referral only school for young people who have disengaged from mainstream education. Many students are dealing with mental health issues.

Smyl Community Services

Education of minority groups, with main cohorts of single parents - most with DV history. SMYL helps people and local communities to make a positive change for their future. We provide personal support, counselling, mentoring, advocacy and referral services in Perth and towns and communities throughout regional and remote WA.

SNAICC - National Voice for our Children - THRYVE NSW

THRYVE NSW is a division of SNAICC-National Voice for our Children (Australia’s National non-government peak body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children).

We work for the fulfilment of the rights of our children, to ensure their safety, development and well-being. Our goal is to build strong, healthy, self-determining, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, connected to family and culture.

THRYVE NSW directly supports 17 Aboriginal Community Controlled (ACC) Early Learning Centres across the state in remote, rural, urban, and regional towns.

This initiative was created to provide backbone support to ACC Early Years Services, to ensure these centres, their children and families in community are supported to thrive.

We also support the government’s Closing the Gap plan by ensuring that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children are engaged in high quality, culturally appropriate early childhood education in their early years.

SNAICC - National Voice for Our Children - THRYVE WA

SNAICC – National Voice for Our Children has established its THRYVE divisions in NSW, VIC and WA. THRYVE WA provides a backbone support on the ground directly to Aboriginal Early Years services across WA with further access and support to Aboriginal Community Controlled Early Childhood Education services through membership registration. Our work aims to provide backbone support as a means to improve the quality of care and education for indigenous children and their families. THRYVE WA follows in the work of SNAICC as a national voice for our children to improve the lives of indigenous children.

Snowy River Pony Club is a volunteer run sporting group providing riding instruction, horsemanship skills and a fun and family-friendly environment. We ensure the riding members are able to participate in a range of activities whilst allowing the whole family to catch up in a social setting.
