The consumer had to evacuate from her house with her children when the flood occurred, the road was flooded, and the bushes got affected. While the consumer was staying in another accommodation, her house got burgled and a lot of items got stolen, such as TV, their couch, play station etc. The consumer has made a police report, but she doesn't have any insurance to cover the stolen items.
