- Recently had car accident (today)– car likely insured.
- 2024 bushfire impact.
- PPR impact: property/farm burnt. No house impacts. Not a primary producer. Need for Feed unable to help due to not being PP.
- Consumers main priorities: Hay for animals and fencing. Hay likely to cost $500.00 plus transportation costs.
- Displaying hopelessness.

Any urgent support would help consumer a lot.
