The cost of moving to this region is more costly than most areas due to the high rainfall and cold climate that she was unprepared for, which has now placed her in a predicament. This situation has caused her Mental Health to suffer as she feels she has made the wrong decision moving to the area. She has a high power bill to pay, which she manages, but she doesn't have anything left over to buy the children's clothes, which are desperately needed.
