18-year-old autistic woman seeking freedom to pursue education

This woman is autistic and has an intellectual disability. She lives with her family who heavily restrict her ability to access essential services. Her support worker is advocating for her to receive Centrelink assistance and NDIS, and she would like to increase her independence and go on to study. However, not being able to be contacted directly is making this process more drawn out and challenging. As her family is not willing to provide this, a donation of a smartphone is needed.
