14 year old unaccompanied Afghan refugee minor in foster care

14 year old who arrived in Australia on an evacuation flight currently lives in foster care, separated from his large family overseas. Has relocated to a school that use iPad's from Yr 7-9 and Macbook's from Yr 9-12. Young person requires access to a Macbook and is really struggling with translation of information and completion of work on only an iPad and would greatly benefit from access to this as as a soon as possible. Also has recently started team sport (soccer), plays every Sunday and trains twice per week. Currently using donated shoes that are the wrong size and is seeking a Rebel sport voucher for purchase of a new pair of shoes for outdoor soccer. The carers advise the cost is in excess of $250+
