Support for participants experiencing mental illness and mental ill-health who have lost their computer passwords
Participants in our Digital Inclusion program have been having issues with losing the password to their local user account on their donated laptops. Sometimes this can happen due to mental health issues / mental illness and memory loss and we would like to assist them in making their laptops usable again. Without resetting their devices they are not able to use them at all.
To do this, our organisation will need USB drives with Windows installation disks in order to factory reset them, as well as blank drives to create password recovery keys to reduce the risk of repeat lost password incidents. Donations would be greatly appreciated.
