Single mum of 2 toddlers affected by the floods Oct 22 who was displaced and has moved back into stable housing in rural Vic - She has also had storm damage to the property in recent storms as well as ongoing medical bills for her son's medical condition. She would really appreciate help with groceries to help ease some of her financial stress. Thank you
