Family needing support to get child to school

I have a family who is needing help with uniforms, school fees and school supplies for one child. Child has not accessed school all year due to homelessness have just been able to seek somewhat stable housing and child is now enrolled into high school but needing support with uniforms, bag, books, pens and school fees.
