Young person with a disability ageing out of child safety, needs help with transition to adulthood. Experiencing risk of homelessness, domestic violence, disability, and young parenthood. Is highly motivated for employment and wants to work towards their goals. Experiencing high financial stress and in need of financial support to access basic needs. Has a broken phone and cant afford to repair/replace it.
