Young Samoan boy, mentally, emotionally and physically abused by father, and fathers partner, Young man is couch surfing with extended family, he has stated he wants to look for work so he can become stable but has no money, he is not eligible due to Nationality to receive centrelink payments . His mother is recovering from the years of DV and emotionally, nor financially able to support him, His siblings and other extended family members are financially not in a position to assist him either.
