76 year old migrant woman who was impacted by severe Christmas Storms 2023, house was destroyed and has been living and required to pay for emergency accommodation for several months not covered by insurance. She has moved into new home however has no contents due to losing all her belongings in storm/flooding of house. She has struggled with her mental health due to being within the house during storm and struggles of loss of home, routine and all belongings
