47 year old woman experiencing homelessness and fleeing interstate from family violence.
This client has a history of schizophrenia and receives the Disability Support Pension. This client is extremely vulnerable and came to Victoria over a year ago after fleeing family violence. This client lived on the streets with very poor mental health as she was unmedicated before coming to our service and is currently in short term Crisis Accommodation. This client has a potential offer of housing via Womens Housing organization and we want to be able to set her up with the basic necessities for a home.
