This 50 year old woman is living alone with both physical and intellectual disabilities. She receives a Disability Support Pension and requires help from a Support worker with basic cooking, cleaning and other household tasks. She moved from crisis care recently into a new home but is having financial difficulties purchasing items for her new home as well as the required medications and cost of living expenses she incurs.
