Client is in their 70s, has been homeless for number of years. Client recently received a long term accommodation offer and will move into the property first week of June 2023.
Client diagnosed with Schizophrenia and physical health. Client experiences trauma and abuses throughout this life. Never have a place to call "home".
Soon client will have a place to call "home". Client needs funding support to setup the place.
