Effected badly by floods 2022. recieving no help from landlord. struggling with Mental health while caring for mum and son.

My consumer has been impacted greatly from the 2022 floods. receiving no help from organisations or landlords. My client advised she was left for months without water and electricity. Her son was diagnosed with autism and my client has described the last year as been absolutely horrendous on her mental health. she is also caring for her mother. Has no rubbish bin collection. Had to pay for the septic tank to be fixed even though she is renting. My client advised she has no oven or smoke alarms. she is also cooking from a bbq a friend lent as she has no oven and has gone through to fridges since the floods began.
I am requesting help from GIVIT as this family are really struggling. Thank you.
