Resident was impacted by February storms, he is also recovering from a traffic accident and has mobility issues.
Resident Stated that the water from the storm came through and wet his carpets and rugs. His garden was also damaged as well as his shed and some tools were destroyed as well.
HEALTH / WELLBEING
Resident stated that he suffers from anxiety and depression, and he is medicated for this.
Resident has osteo-arthritis, Sciatica, and is waiting for an operation on his lower back, which he is concerned about because the operation is complex to the point that he will have to sign a waiver to indemnify the hospital in case the surgery goes wrong.
Resident describes being in constant pain.
HOUSING
He continues to reside in the PPR which he rents from the housing commision.
