Young mum, experiencing significant mental health and drug addiction - requiring urgent support

Young Mum, experiencing significant mental health and drug addiction.

Mum is 20 years old, and has an 18-month-old son.
Mum is currently being supported by emergency accommodation due to fleeing significant DFV perpetrated by the child's father.
Due to mum's current drug addiction and poor mental health, mum recently went into a psychosis, destroying all of hers and child's belongings, including the property.
Mum is now at risk of homelessness.
Mum's family have stepped in to ensure safety for the 18-month-old but due to the urgency of this, they are unable to care for the child for more than a week, without financial support, which would see the child entering the statutory system.

The family are also needing assistance to get back home.
