Sleeping rough sure is not fun... or safe... please help make things a little more comfortable until they get housed

People accessing our services have limited access to basic essential items to make life a little more comfortable. We provide items to help such as: deodorant, socks, underwear, travel sized shampoo and conditioner, rain ponchos for winter, blankets and sleeping bags, hand sanitiser, unscented antiseptic wipes, sun hats, sunscreen, non perishable foods.
Additionally this lifestyle leaves people vulnerable to theft, and losing / breaking / stolen phones is problematic. Without a phone, people are unable to connect with loved ones, or receive notifications from services providing support. Their name will be dropped off the housing list if they are uncontactable for their annual review. Since Covid, demands on our services and rates of homelessness have increased.
