Young homeless couple with premature newborn

18yo female and 19yo male who were homeless and their newborn son currently in hospital due to prematurity (8 weeks premature). The family were able to secure a house this week and are now needing to prepare their home to move into and to bring their son home to in the coming weeks. Both parents were in foster care until 18yo and have no family to help them.
