Family of 5 struggling.
This family of 5 had sold their home and were in a temporary rental at the time of the flood. Their new home was under contract when it was flooded, and the banks pulled out of lending the money for the mortgage. Leaving this family with nowhere to go as the temporary rental ended. They packed up and when to a caravan park over summer not aware of the support available for people who were flood effected. They spent a lot of the money they had saved for the deposit. Then they finally got into a rental and are finding the whole situation to be very stressful and overwhelming. Along the way both adults have had to move jobs a couple of times due to location.
