Young Family of 6- rebuilding their lives after Vic Floods also impacted by recent fires
I am supporting a young family of 6, who were evacuated in the floods and have not been able to return home. The 4 children are struggling following the trauma and need ongoing support and replacement of school supplies, clothing and bedding.
The family lost everything. They were not insured for flood. When the 2024 fires hit their area, the children leaved through another disaster event. They are exhibiting signs of PTSD. The family have worked hard to secure a rental and now need support to purchase essentials.
