Family of 4 affected by deep floodwaters in Thargomindah region have lost bedding, whitegoods and cattle. Help appreciated
Family of four living at property in the Thargomindah region was affected by floodwaters and one of the parents reported that water came up to his window. The water is still at the property. Their cattle and home were damaged. They are away at the moment and waiting for the home to dry out. Deeply appreciated if replacement bedding and whitegoods could be given. Further update from the family has been that they have returned to the property and due to continuing floodwaters they have found their furniture and household goods unsalvageable. The family have also lost over 500 head of cattle equating to a significant loss of income.
