Recipient is an elderly lady in her 70's who lives alone. She lost everything in the 2022 floods and had to relocate and re-establish her self and still suffers PTSD symptoms and high anxiety. During the cyclone she lost her electrical appliances TV, Microwave and airfryer. She is on a pension and has limited income to replace these items.
