One little family with a heavy load but full hearts

A family residing in a small regional town are struggling deeply with the care of their 3 daughters and life in general.
3 year old twins with Down Syndrome and complex medial needs, and their eldest daughter, 6 years old with Level 3 Autism. 2 of the three girls now require major surgery, placing the family under enormous stress with the travel to and from home to hospital.

The father was made redundant over Christmas and they are caring for an elder with dementia.
The family are now in the process of relocating to a major city, trying to be closer to the hospital, working to keep their family together and in hopes of a better year. However life is expensive and the family are facing one challenge after another. As a result, seeking a little support as their prepare their family for a relocation and surgery for 2 of their girls.
