Single Aboriginal parent seeking support upon reunification with her children
Single mother experiencing Domestic and family violence from 2 persons using violence and is trying to increase her safety and make a plan to leave. Due to parenting responsibilities as one of her children has been excluded from school, she is unable to work to increase her income as she is homeschool her child. Being on a limited government pension, she struggles financially at times especially with education support for her child at home.
Due to her experiences of sexual violence and being in the foster care system, she struggles at times with mental health and trauma. She is the safe parent for her children being reunited in her care and is trying her best to be the best parent she can be for her children.
