Ergonomic equipment for therapists

Our organisation was established in 2015 and is a largely philanthropically funded service delivering evidence-based therapeutic support for young people aged 14-18 with high clinical risk of poor mental health outcomes. Without support, this cohort is at a significantly increased likelihood of school disengagement, encounters with acute mental health services, homelessness, drug and alcohol services, and the justice system.
Our practitioners are required to spend time at their desks completing treatment notes and clinical assessments in a way that fulfils our WHS obligations to them. Due to the complexity of the lives of the young people they work with and the challenging nature of the work, we also want our staff to feel well supported and comfortable in their roles.
