Client has tried to rebuild following the 2022 floods and unable to finish the work needed
Flooding 2022
Client has been fixing his home that sists fairly low in a high risk area. He has lived their all his life and wants to prepare the house to handle a flood without requiring major works following a flood event. The 2022 flood challenged all those prepareations and he managed to rebuild it so its prepared for an event of that magnitude if it was ever to occur again. He recently suffered some health issues that prevented him from working physically and is now getting stuck finishing walls, doors, trims and architraves.
