Client a mother, grandmother currently lives in public housing with her children and grandchildren. For a long time, she moved from one shelter to another, trying to keep her family safe. Recently, she made the difficult decision to leave the shelter system to care for her children and grandchildren full-time, putting their needs before her own.
Before domestic violence turned her life upside down, she worked as a carer at a daycare centre, where she was known for her kindness and dedication to children. But the severe abuse she endured forced her to leave her job, and the trauma has deeply affected her mental health. Today, she struggles daily—emotionally, financially, and physically—but she remains steadfast for her family.
Despite everything, she is always there for her children and grandchildren. Client needs urgent help with basic necessities—food, medical care, mental health support, and other essential resources. Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
