This person is currently facing serious challenges, including multiple mental health diagnoses, an acquired brain injury, and financial hardship. She is in temporary accommodation that could end at any time, and even accessing basic groceries like fresh fruit and vegetables is a struggle.
Having moved to Canberra in recent years to rebuild her life after trauma, she remains isolated, with her family and beloved dog still interstate, leaving her feeling deeply alone as she tries to cope day by day. The severity of her mental health issues has also made navigating the mental health system extremely difficult.
Despite these challenges, she is motivated and working towards a career in community services, driven by the goal of giving back with compassion shaped by her lived experience. Support at this time would ease some of the pressure and help her move forward towards stability, a positive future, and the chance to truly thrive.
