A grandmother is currently preparing to reintegrate back into community. Due to economic hardship, she requires a mobile phone to connect with potential employers as well as internet banking and keep up with her medical appointments.
In addition, due to ongoing custody case over her grandson, she is very worried that if not granted custody, she will lose any contact with her young grandson and therefore needs a way of maintaining her contact with her beloved grandson.
