A gentleman who finally has the opportunity to be housed after many years of homelessness but has nothing to get started.
GIVIT
An intelligent, kind and compassionate man who unfortunately developed PTSD as a result of his life experiences. He became homeless, but while homeless would still use his skills in counselling and multiple languages to help other people sleeping rough, often to his own detriment. He has been let down by many organisations in the past and has trouble advocating for himself because he places the needs of others higher than himself. He also lost two very close family members and his best friend within a short few months this year. In a twist of fate he has finally been offered a department of housing home, which he needed to be convinced to accept as he sees others as more deserving. I truly believe that once housed this man will be able to overcome his past and be an excellent addition to any local community and the greater community in general.
