I have been working alongside this gentleman for the past 10-12 weeks, he has a MH diagnosis that often leads him to become socially isolated and also at times frustrated. He would love to join a gym however when he is overwhelmed leaving the house is not an option.
We have identified that at times when he is hearing voices or becomes unwell he wants to "punch something' and whilst he knows door are not an option and a wall is way to dangerous to his fist a boxing bag would be fantastic.
As the homes he is in is not his he will also require a stand.
We believe that having this will assist with the desire to exercise, work on his fitness and better his MH as well as circumvent the times when he is un well and wants to "punch something"
