Client and children (5 children with the youngest only 2 years of age) are experiencing significant trauma and PTSD after being in a FDV situation. They have also been impacted by the 2021-22 floods with most of their furniture being damaged. Client is working hard to rebuild her life for the sake of her children however cost of living pressures are also impacting the family. The current washing machine is leaking and is extremely dangerous however they continue to use it as they cannot afford to go to the laundromat not to mention the time that it would take. The client would be most grateful to have a washing machine that is safe to use.
