Family have been homeless for for some time and now have a house.

This family of seven were homeless in Victoria for a significant amount of time. The family had been living in a camper van until a freak storm had damaged it and it was written off. Due to multiple children having complex needs the family were desperate to find a house and applied for over 300 houses Australia wide and were finally approved for one here in Townsville. The cost that came with moving from Victoria to Quennsland has left them in financial hardship and no way to buy any essential items and basic needs and with no family or friends in Townsville they have zero support system.
