Young person living at a caravan park transitioning F to M needs assistance

We work with a wonderful young person who has a complex situation and is in need of support. The young person's parents are homeless, resulting in the young person also being homeless. The young person has been living in a caravan park for the past couple of months after stints in crisis refuges and sleeping rough. They are spending about 85% of their income on the accommodation at the caravan park. There are concerns over their current relationship and the power imbalance and financial control from the partner, who does not contribute to accommodation costs.
To add to the complexity, the young person is trans, and is struggling with the challenges this brings. There are some treatments and supports that our young person needs that they are struggling to afford amongst the daily essentials of life.
