Seeking support for 16-year old female who has escaped family violence to obtain licence

Our organisation is currently supporting a 16-yr-old female, who had been struggling with mental health and has escaped family violence to get back on their feet and gain independence.
The young person has found avenues to get further driving hours, but she will need experience with a professional driving instructor to learn manual transmission before she can utilise this avenue. This young person is currently experiencing financial hardship and is sleeping in a camper of a friends property. As they are currently living on a rural property, they would like to get her licence ASAP to open up work opportunities and make transport to and from school easier.
