Blankets and socks in desperate need for Winter

GIVIT
Our homelessness support program assists families facing homelessness and those who are rough sleeping. This winter our clients are finding it hard to afford blankets and socks to keep warm. If you have any new or used and can be collected to distribute we would greatly appreciate as we currently support 13 families in short term emergency accommodation, 18 families in house on site in studio apartments, and 6 families in hotels. Each family has complexities and through case management we are helping to make their futures brighter. We also support approximately 500 rough sleepers on the Gold Coast, who are always in need and are often over looked by other services. Our clients often come into our programs through no fault of their own.
