This older couple had flood waters enter under the house which destroyed everything they had under there - including 2 fridges, washing machine, ride on mower, various tools and motorcycle equipment.
This gentleman had a severe medical episode and lost his full time employment because of this. His wife works casually but they are struggling to replace lost items on a reduced income. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and while insurance replaced his motorcycle, he is unable to afford appropriate protective gear.
