The client is on property was inundated. She has lost the whole of the contents of the garage where she kept the equipment to maintain the property. Her kitchen has been condemned, and she has been using a cabin stove in her lounge for some time. She has had to buy a pump to try and keep the water drained and diverted away from her home. She is in her 60's and has not been through this before on her own. She is finding it difficult to navigate her way through the processes and finding it overwhelming.
