My client is a 46-year-old woman from a refugee background who is wheelchair-dependent due to spina bifida and hydrocephalus. She resides with her elderly mother, who also lives with a disability and is unable to provide adequate care or support. this medical conditions significantly impact her ability to work and to independently manage daily living activities. As a result of her disabilities and limited income, she is experiencing severe financial and health-related challenges. She is currently struggling to meet basic living needs, including food and bills.
