Mother with significant mental health concerns, at imminent risk of homelessness. Lack of supports from friends and family due to isolation and intimidation from ex-partner. Mother needs financial assistance for day to day groceries, fuel and bills as well as practical support to be able to ensure and maintain children’s education. Mother has a broken ankle and is unable to drive or work due to injury.
