Elderly lady is 69 and arrived alone and has no support in Australia. She is living in short-term accommodation at the moment and has a bathtub in her bathroom but is unable to climb in to take a shower due to her mobility issues and risk of falling. She is unable to be provided with a room that accommodates her needs. She needs a walking stick with four legs and a device that can help her take showers.
She came alone to Australia and has very low life skills due to her age and struggles with even contacting emergency services and is in a vulnerable position.
