Essential Freezer Needed to Maintain Community Food Distribution

We are currently in urgent need of a Chest freezer, as our long standing freezer unfortunately stopped working over the Christmas break.
The freezer is essential to our service. It is used to store donated food items, all of which are distributed to the community free of charge. We also rely on it to prepare and store frozen meals that are shared with community members at no cost.
Currently:
• Approximately 15 frozen meals are distributed each day
• Around 20+ people access our food supplies daily
• On Thursdays, we host a free community lunch, with approximately 50–90 people attending
Without a functioning freezer, the centre is facing significant challenges. Our capacity to store food safely has been reduced, limiting the amount of food we can share and resulting in us having to turn away donated goods.
