My client is a single mother with two sons aged 14yrs and 4 yrs old residing in ACT housing property. Her mother helps her in taking care of her younger son due to her mental health.
My client presents with multiple ongoing health conditions, including depression, PTSD, mild autism, chronic migraines, and fibromyalgia. She also sustained shoulder and elbow fractures in the past due to a fall, which continue to cause pain and impact her daily functioning. In addition, she has complications with her vison and stated that stated that she can't see things clearly. She must go to Sydney time to time to get an injection for her eyes.
She is currently under medication to manage her physical and mental health conditions.
