He has rent arrests and overdue phone bill which he has tried his best to negotiate for slow payment plan to contribute money. However, he only has $50 left in his bank account once every 2 weeks, which may him having difficulty accessing food for nutrition. His phone has recently damaged and he has difficulty stay connecting with formal support services.
