My client is a vulnerable 70 year old woman who has a long history of homelessness, domestic violence and lives with a number of health and mental health issues.
Client that has been in the pods for 2 plus years since they opened & she has just secured a private rental in the Sunshine Coast. This is an awesome result for her, we want to be super encouraging of our clients that are finding private rentals in this climate.
She has managed to pay her Bond & rent up front & she thought she was able to receive support for moving costs so this part was not in her budget. She needs to move very quickly to avoid paying double rent . She is elderly & unwell & not able to do much by herself.
This is extenuating circumstances & she would be extremely appreciative for the support.
