My client is just getting his mental health on track and trying to connect with support programs and groups.

My client has been doing incredible work to rebuild himself, combating his mental and physical health issues to try and engage with his local community and other support groups. He is determined to not remain isolated and to start bringing purpose and joy in his life again. As much as we work collaboratively together, there are still some barriers, but determined to overcome these.
