At one of our Supported Independent Living homes, four residents, come together each week to play games of pool. Each of them lives with a different disability but around the pool table, they’re not defined by their challenges, they’re teammates, competitors, and friends. With the help of dedicated support workers, adaptive equipment, and a safe, inclusive environment, this simple game becomes a powerful tool for connection, confidence, and community.
